If necessary, we are happy to carry out repairs due to normal wear and tear free of charge for up to six months from the date of purchase.
After this period, we offer a repair service for a small fee — please contact us before returning your jewellery so we can provide full details and advice.

Please note that damage caused by improper care or failure to follow our care instructions is not covered and will need to be replaced at the customer’s expense.
