Repairs

Each piece of our jewellery is handmade with the utmost care and attention to detail.

All items come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing faults but does not include accidental damage or breakage.

Pieces covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge.

For items outside the warranty period, repairs can be carried out for a small fee.
Repairs typically take around one week, though during busy periods please allow up to three weeks.

All repairs are subject to stock availability.

Restringing

Over time, your much-loved bracelets and rings may naturally stretch with wear.
When this happens, they may need to be restringed to restore their perfect fit.

For any Kat & Star item, we offer a restringing service for £10 per bracelet (plus postage and packaging).

Kindly note: jewellery sent to us for repair or restringing is done so at the customer’s own risk.
We always recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your items.

 

Bespoke Sizing

We’re delighted to offer custom sizing free of charge at the point of purchase.

However, please note that any requests for resizing or alterations after purchase will incur a £5 service fee

(plus postage and packaging).
