If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned items, subject to the following terms:

 

How to Return Items

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our contact page or email: katandstarjewellery@gmail.com.All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. All returned items are sent at the customer’s risk — we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned item(s).Refunds are minus the original postage cost, unless the item is faulty. Bespoke items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
