To help keep each piece looking as beautiful as the day you received it, please follow our simple care tips below.

General Care

Wear with love, store with care. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, especially when exposed to air and not worn regularly. To help prevent this, store your jewellery in a tarnish-resistant pouch, an airtight box, or our heart-shaped tin — perfect for keeping your pieces safe and looking beautiful.

Avoid wearing your jewellery during manual tasks or any activity that could cause knocks or scratches. Keep your pieces away from perfumed products and chemicals, including perfume, body creams, hairspray, and suntan lotion. Always remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising, as salt and chlorine can damage the finish and materials.

Bracelet Care

Each bracelet should be put on and removed individually. Try rolling it over your hand or wrist rather than pulling, this is especially important for bangle bracelets as this will prevent overstretch to the elastic and so won't affect its shape over time.

Cleaning Your Jewellery

To clean your sterling silver jewellery, gently polish with a silver cleaning cloth to remove tarnish and restore its shine. Avoid using liquid cleaners, as they can be too harsh for delicate finishes.

For 18K gold-plated & vermeil /crystal jewellery

please take extra care with plated and crystal items, Use a soft, lint-free cloth instead of a silver cloth. Do not rub vigorously, as over-polishing can wear away the gold plating and reveal the silver underneath. To avoid scratches, store plated pieces separately from other jewellery.
